Why did Testor buy them out. What is the story there?

Don't have any in the winners circle, but I do have 2 plain-jane McCoy 35's I got out of a buried box at my moms house. They were my dads from way-way back. Plenty of compression, enginfs starters, and consistent. Gotta love 'em McCoy engines were designed by Dick McCoy and originally gained fame as racing engines. They produced the original rear rotary "Red Head" spark engines for cars, boats, and airplanes and took many trophies.
